Jack – Working Foreman
Jack is a Working Foreman with 15 years’ of industry experience. Since joining the company a year ago, he has played a key role in overseeing workshop and site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Jack holds an NVQ Level in Furniture Making and Manufacturing as well as a forklift licence. With customer-facing experience through site work, he regularly liaises with our clients to ensure their expectations are met.
Pascal – CNC Supervisor
Pascal is the Joinery CNC Supervisor and has been with the company with over 8 years.
With experience in joinery and CNC machining, Pascal plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the CNC machines to ensure work is produced accurately and efficiently. With experience in both 3-axis and 5-axis machining, he also holds a Level 3 qualification as Bench Joiner.
In addition to overseeing CNC operations, his technical knowledge and attention to detail ensure high-quality results on every project.
Leo – Joinery Apprentice
Leo is a joinery apprentice at Fell & Frame. He is developing the core skills and technical understanding required to produce high-quality joinery, combining hands-on workshop experience with structured training.
His apprenticeship involves learning how to work confidently with a range of materials, tools, and techniques, while gaining a solid foundation in both traditional craftsmanship and modern methods.
Working closely with the team, Leo benefits from the knowledge and experience of skilled joiners, allowing him to refine his abilities and build confidence in his work.
Our Process
Our workshop team includes expert joiners and wood specialists who understand how to
work with natural materials to create long-lasting, beautifully finished products. From shaping
each frame to hand-finishing every detail, they ensure every window meets the highest
standards of durability, performance and style.
